    The matcha process involves shade growing green tea leaves before removing all veins and stems. Here at Teaforia, we then stone grind them to a make a very fine (and dissolvable!) powder. This means you get to consume every last brilliant bit of tea goodness, instead of throwing away the leaves as you do with tea that brews in water.

    Our Ceremonial Grade Matcha is very special: it is carefully harvested and blended to create a unique and powerful flavour which you absolutely should enjoy by itself!
