RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the event that your product is received damaged, please email us within 5 working days of receipt. Please ensure to send photographs for easy reference with our shipping partners.
Goods are returned to us at your cost. Please include a copy of your invoice and a letter outlining the reason for your return. After the goods are received at our warehouse in good order and checked, we will contact you to discuss the exchange and returns process.
Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days after we receive the goods and get in touch.
